Koh Chiba

Koh Chiba has dedicated his career to government affairs and public service. He currently serves as a Public Affairs Leader at IKEA, where he oversees key policy issues critical to IKEA’s business and values.

​

Before joining IKEA, Koh served as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Madeleine Dean, guiding her office through significant challenges, including her role as an impeachment manager and the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic. He also managed Rep. Dean’s successful 2018 general election campaign, helping secure her seat in Congress.

Earlier in his career, Koh worked for the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives, serving as Executive Director for the Southeast Delegation. In this role, he advised House Democratic members from Southeast Pennsylvania on legislative strategy and communications.

​

Koh is a board member of Hedwig House, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with mental illness by providing resources and opportunities for independent living.

​

He is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and lives in North Wales, PA, with his wife, Lauren, and their two sons, Arlo and Kenji. In his free time, he enjoys cooking.
