Safer Schools & Student Well-Being – Established the School Safety Community Action Committee, ensuring transparency and community input in school safety policies. Expanded mental health support with additional school counselors and launched Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports programs to foster a more inclusive learning environment​.

Smart, Responsible Financial Stewardship – Maintained one of the lowest tax rates in Montgomery County while increasing student programs and launching North Penn’s first-ever school tax/rent rebate program for seniors​.

Investing in Modern Facilities – Developed a long-term facilities plan to address district-wide infrastructure needs. Addressing district-wide renovation needs, improving safety, accessibility, and learning spaces — all while staying within tax limits. 

Expanded Student Opportunities – Strengthened dual-enrollment programs to provide students with affordable college credits, enhanced career pathways at North Montco Technical Career Center, introduced innovative programs like mechatronics and social media marketing. Upgraded learning technology across the district to better equip students for success​.
